Pakistan, July 22 -- The government on Tuesday increased the price of petrol by Rs4.93 and that of high-speed diesel by Rs7.15 per litre to pass on the impact of fluctuating global prices following renewed regional hostilities in the Persian Gulf.
Following the changes, the price of petrol stands at Rs320.73 per litre and that of HSD at Rs367.21.
The Petroleum Division's notification said the new prices would be applicable on July 22 (Wednesday).
