Pakistan, Sept. 11 -- Sindh Governor Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi attended the convocation ceremony organized by the Disabled Welfare Association (DWA) under its "Learn & Fun Programme" as the chief guest and distributed certificates and medals among 25 special persons who successfully completed the programme.

Addressing the ceremony, Governor Sindh Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi stated that despite their physical challenges, special persons have overcome every obstacle in life and demonstrated that they do not know how to give up.
