Pakistan, July 1 -- Gold prices fell for a third consecutive day in global and local markets on Wednesday. International bullion prices dropped by $52 per ounce to $3,972. The decline reduced gold values for investors and buyers across Pakistan.

According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association, the local gold price per tola fell by Rs5,200. As a result, the new rate stood at Rs419,636 per tola. Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of gold declined by Rs4,458 to Rs359,770. The local market followed the downward trend in international bullion prices.
