Pakistan, May 10 -- The prices of gold decreased in the local market on Saturday, with 24 karat gold per tola falling by Rs 400 to settle at Rs 493,662 compared to Rs 494,062 on the previous trading day, according to rates issued by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold declined by Rs 343 to Rs 423,235 from Rs 423,578, whereas 10 grams of 22 karat gold went down by Rs 314 to Rs 387,979 against Rs 388,293. In the international market, the price of gold decreased by $4 to $4,713 per ounce from $4,717. Meanwhile, the price of silver per tola decreased by Rs 12 to Rs 8,513 from Rs 8,525, while the price of 10 grams of silver also fell by Rs 10 to Rs 7,298 from Rs 7,308. The p...
