Pakistan, June 30 -- The prices of gold witnessed a decline in the local market on Monday, with 24-karat gold per tola decreasing by Rs2,300 to settle at Rs428,936, according to rates issued by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold fell by Rs1,972 to Rs367,743, whereas 10 grams of 22-karat gold declined by Rs1,807 to Rs337,110. In the international market, the price of gold decreased by $23 to $4,065 per ounce. Meanwhile, the price of silver per tola decreased by Rs69 to Rs6,324, while the price of 10 grams of silver fell by Rs59 to Rs5,421. The price of silver in the international market also decreased by $0.69 to $58.45 per ounce, the association reported.
