Pakistan, Oct. 19 -- A wave of excitement swept through Lahore as two majestic giraffes arrived from South Africa, marking their long-awaited return to the Lahore Zoo after eight years. The arrival, personally overseen by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, has revived joy among families and children who flocked to see the gentle giants. Their reintroduction brings life back to the enclosure that had remained empty since the last male giraffe's death in 2022, restoring one of the zoo's most popular attractions.
