Pakistan, June 22 -- The government has launched free online registration for citizens intending to perform Hajj in 2027, allowing applicants to complete the process from home without visiting any office. The initiative forms part of a broader effort to digitize the Hajj system and make the registration process easier, faster, and more transparent for millions of Pakistanis.

Speaking at the launch ceremony in Islamabad, Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Yousaf said the government had fully digitalized the Hajj registration system on the instructions of the prime minister. As a result, intending pilgrims can now register online at no cost, reducing paperwork and improving access for applicants across the country.
