Pakistan, May 30 -- France has announced that it will not participate in the Miss Universe 2026 pageant, marking the first time in more than seven decades that the country will be absent from the prestigious international beauty competition.

According to international media reports, the dates and venue for the Miss Universe 2026 contest have yet to be officially announced. However, the organization responsible for selecting and managing France's representatives has already confirmed its decision not to take part in the upcoming edition.
