QUETTA, Jan. 20 -- Four people lost their lives and several others were injured on Monday in a road accident near the Wadh area of Khuzdar district on the Quetta-Karachi National Highway, police said. The collision involved a Toyota Fielder car and a Quetta-bound passenger coach travelling from Karachi.

Authorities said the accident occurred when the bus driver lost control while attempting to avoid an oncoming motorcycle. This led to a violent head-on collision with the Fielder coming from the opposite direction. The impact completely wrecked the Fielder, and the motorcycle rider also sustained injuries.
