Pakistan, Oct. 9 -- The Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) has fixed for hearing a petition challenging the appointment of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi.

A bench headed by Chief Justice Aminuddin Khan will hear the case on October 15.

Advocate Sher Afzal Marwat has challenged the appointment of the KP chief minister, arguing that a convicted individual does not have the authority to nominate any public official.
