Pakistan, Aug. 7 -- Fresh allegations have surfaced against police in Lahore's Shafiqabad area after registered publishers claimed officers delayed legal action against an alleged network involved in printing and selling counterfeit books. The complainants have called for a transparent inquiry, alleging that officials failed to take timely action despite recovering a large quantity of suspected fake educational and institutional publications during a raid.
