Pakistan, Aug. 30 -- Eight people were killed and three others injured after two groups exchanged fire over a land dispute in Dadu's riverine area. Police said the violence followed an argument over the construction of a passage between the two communities. The injured victims were shifted to a hospital for medical treatment.
According to police, tensions escalated when both sides disagreed over creating a passage through the disputed land. The argument quickly turned violent as the two groups opened fire at each other. As a result, eight people lost their lives while three others suffered injuries.
The incident took place in Goth Dano Chandio, where the dispute between the communities had reportedly continued over land-related issues. ...
