Pakistan, Sept. 28 -- Rahat Fateh Ali Khan has praised Diljit Dosanjh for his performance of the classic qawwali 'Sanson Ki Mala Pe'. Dosanjh performed the song at London's Wembley Arena last month.

Rahat, who is Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan's nephew, praised Dosanjh before his Toronto concert. He said major artists can feel nervous while performing Nusrat's songs. However, he felt Dosanjh delivered the qawwali with sincerity and skill.

Rahat said Dosanjh had done justice to the famous piece. He also praised the singer for performing it with all his heart. According to Rahat, audiences could both see and hear the effort in the performance.
