Pakistan, May 19 -- Cuba has warned that any United States (US) military action against the country would lead to a "bloodbath," sharply escalating tensions between Havana and Washington after recent reports alleging Cuban military drone capabilities.

The warning was issued by Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel, who said in a post on X that Cuba does not pose a threat to the United States and would defend itself if attacked.
