Pakistan, July 8 -- Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif and Punjab Assembly Speaker Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan held a meeting to discuss legislative priorities, governance, prison reforms and measures to strengthen coordination in the functioning of the provincial assembly.

According to an official statement, the two leaders exchanged views on national and international developments as well as the province's ongoing legislative agenda.
