Pakistan, Sept. 4 -- Major artificial intelligence (AI) services faced disruptions across the world on Thursday. The outages affected several leading AI platforms at the same time. According to Downdetector, users reported problems with OpenAI's ChatGPT, Anthropic's Claude and xAI's Grok. Such outages can occur regularly. However, simultaneous disruptions across major AI models remain unusual.

Users also reported disruptions affecting Google Gemini. However, Google had not officially announced any service outage. Meanwhile, Anthropic reported problems affecting its Opus 4.8 and Opus 5 models.
