Pakistan, Feb. 9 -- Federal Minister for Commerce, Jam Kamal Khan, held a telecon with his Canadian counterpart Minister of International Trade of Canada, Mr. Maninder Sidhu, to review and advance Pakistan Canada trade and investment cooperation.
Both Ministers welcomed the positive momentum in bilateral economic relations and reaffirmed their shared commitment to expanding partnerships for mutual economic benefit, said a release issued here on Sunday.
The Canadian side appreciated Pakistan's decision to facilitate the resumption of Canadian canola shipments, describing this step as an important signal towards strengthening agricultural trade flows.
