Pakistan, Aug. 5 -- Blake Lively's courtroom battle with Justin Baldoni has taken another dramatic turn-and this time, it's her reported $8 million legal fee request that's stealing the spotlight.

While the court has yet to decide whether Lively will recover any of the costs, several attorneys following the high-profile case say the figure has already become one of the most talked-about issues in legal circles.

"Every attorney I've spoken to has laughed at that number," one veteran civil litigator told Rob Shutter.

"It's wildly aggressive. Just because you ask for $8 million doesn't mean you're going to get anywhere close to it."
