Pakistan, Aug. 8 -- Blake Lively may have won the latest round of her legal battle with Jed Wallace, but the fight over who pays the bills is turning into a whole new courtroom drama.

Wallace, the crisis PR specialist who worked with Justin Baldoni's team during his legal battle with Lively, is asking a Texas judge to make the actress sit for another deposition before he pays a cent toward her legal expenses.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Wallace wants to question Lively specifically about her request for attorneys' fees and damages.

His focus? Whether she acted with malice when making sexual harassment allegations involving him and his company, Street Relations Inc.
