Pakistan, July 27 -- PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that he wants to secure for the people of Kashmir the right to self-governance, the right to ownership, and the right to employment. He added that anything built for the public is not a gift to the people-it is their rightful entitlement.
