Pakistan, Aug. 17 -- Repair work on a damaged gas pipeline near Dhadar in Balochistan has yet to begin. Five days have passed since an explosion damaged the pipeline. The incident occurred near Dhadar in Kachhi district on August 12. The affected pipeline has a diameter of 18 inches.

According to Sui Southern Gas Company officials, the explosion damaged the pipeline and disrupted gas supplies. However, repair teams have not been able to start restoration work. Officials said the delay resulted from pending security clearance. The district administration has not yet issued the required clearance for repair operations.
