Pakistan, Jan. 27 -- Azerbaijani authorities have arrested three men accused of planning an attack on a foreign embassy in Baku, allegedly under the direction of Islamic State Khorasan (ISIS-K). Security forces acted before the plot could be executed, ensuring the safety of diplomatic personnel.
