Pakistan, Sept. 22 -- Actor Ayesha Omar has called for wider access to mental health support after a disturbing grave desecration case in Peshawar. She said society needs better access to psychological care.
In an Instagram Story, Omar shared reports about the case and highlighted the need to address trauma. She said people across Pakistan could benefit from psychiatric and psychological support.
Omar also urged schools, colleges and workplaces to make professional mental health services more accessible. She stressed that institutions should provide therapy and expert support alongside other forms of assistance.
