Pakistan, May 27 -- Pakistan's head coach Mike Hesson has said that the upcoming ODI series against Australia is of great significance for the national team, and the team management is focused on building a balanced and strong combination ahead of the next World Cup.

Speaking to media at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, Hesson said the national side had made progress on several fronts in white-ball cricket recently. He added that the series against a strong team like Australia would provide an excellent opportunity for players to further sharpen their skills.
