Pakistan, Aug. 8 -- A meeting of the All Pakistan Newspapers Society (APNS) Punjab Committee was held under the chairmanship of Jamil Athar Qazi.

The meeting conducted a detailed review of the overall economic situation facing newspapers across Punjab, as well as issues regarding government advertisements, the settlement of outstanding dues, and other challenges confronting the print media.

Farid Ahmed Sheikh, Director General of the Directorate General of Public Relations (DGPR) Punjab, attended the meeting as a special guest and provided the participants with a detailed briefing on his department's performance, ongoing reforms, and cooperation with the media.
