Pakistan, Oct. 10 -- Federal Ministers Abdul Aleem Khan and Sardar Awais Ahmad Khan Leghari on Friday reviewed progress on the CAREC Tranche-III project connecting Rajanpur, Dera Ghazi Khan and Dera Ismail Khan, stressing the need to resolve outstanding issues and expedite implementation.

The high-level joint meeting was co-chaired by the Federal Minister for Communications, Abdul Aleem Khan, and the Federal Minister of Energy (Power Division), Sardar Awais Ahmad Khan Leghari, to review the progress on all four lots of the project, said a press release.

The joint session was convened at the specific request of the Federal Minister for Power Division to review progress on the CAREC Tranche-III project.
