Pakistan, Aug. 6 -- The Election Commission of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) has officially notified the successful candidates elected in the second phase of the Legislative Assembly elections held on 2 August and 4 August 2026 in nine constituencies of the Muzaffarabad Division and 12 constituencies reserved for Kashmiri refugees residing in Pakistan.

According to the notification, the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) secured five of the nine seats in the Muzaffarabad Division, while the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) won the remaining four seats. In the refugee constituencies, the PML-N emerged as the dominant party by winning 10 of the 12 seats, while the PPP secured two seats.
