Pakistan, Sept. 14 -- The Punjab Agriculture Department was fully vigilant and actively engaged in implementing the Smog Control Program. A spokesman for the department said here on Sunday that, as part of an awareness campaign targeting farmers in rice-growing areas, more than 22,000 announcements had been made through mosques, while over 351,000 warning notices had been issued. The Punjab Agriculture Department was also using social media effectively to further strengthen the campaign and enhance its impact.
