Pakistan, Sept. 8 -- The Anti-Doping Organization of Pakistan (ADOP) on Monday clarified its position regarding reports concerning wrestler Mohammad Inam and an adverse analytical finding reported during the Asian Beach Games held in China in April 2026.

ADOP, in a press release, stated that it is an independent anti-doping organization and does not operate under the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB), contrary to the impression created in some recent reports. The organization said that Mohammad Inam had not applied to ADOP for a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) before participating in the Asian Beach Games.
