DAR ES SALAAM, July 10 -- HEADS of Communication and Institutional Relations Units from across the Water Sector have started a four-day strategic meeting aimed at strengthening public communication and improving citizen engagement in water service delivery.

Representing the Chief Executive Officer of the Dar es Salaam Water and Sewerage Authority (DAWASA), Director of Legal Services, Florence Yamat called on communication officers to collaborate in promoting government programmes and improving public awareness on water matters.
