DAR ES SALAAM, Aug. 4 -- PRESIDENT Samia Suluhu Hassan yesterday called for stronger public private sector collaboration, saying the partnership will be key to the successful implementation of Development Vision 2050.

She said the government will continue improving the legal, policy and institutional environment to attract investment, while businesses are expected to increase investment, create jobs and drive innovation.

Speaking during the launch of the implementation tools for Development Vision 2050 and a special dialogue with private sector leaders at the State House in Dar es Salaam, President Samia said the government and the private sector must work as equal partners to achieve the visions ambitious targets.
