DODOMA, Aug. 4 -- THE Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA) has been commended for developing locally made technologies and products that are helping farmers and livestock keepers increase productivity and accelerate Tanzanias drive towards achieving Development Vision 2050.

Singida Regional Administrative Secretary, Dr Fatuma Mganga, made the remarks today (August 4,2026) ,after visiting the VETA pavilion at the ongoing National Nanenane Agricultural Exhibition at the Dr John Malecela Grounds in Nzuguni, Dodoma.

She praised VETA for designing practical and affordable technologies that address the needs of farmers and livestock keepers while reducing production costs.
