DAR ES SALAAM, Sept. 23 -- THE  President of the Tanzania Teachers Union, Suleiman M. Ikomba, has received a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Administration and Human Development from In His Name Bible College, a university based in the United States.

Ikomba was honored for his outstanding work in education and public service. Speaking after receiving the honorary degree, he thanked his family—especially his wife and children—for their love and support throughout his journey.

“This award is not just for me,” he said. “It belongs to all teachers in Tanzania, through our union, CWT, and to the whole nation. I am accepting it on their behalf.”
