Dar es Salaam, Oct. 10 -- “1During this entire week, we have celebrated our achievements and demonstrated our strong commitment to providing quality services to all our customers across the country,” said Humphrey Ngowi, TTCLs Acting Director of Business, as he officially closed the 2025 Customer Service Week celebrations on October 10 in Dar es Salaam.
Ngowi described the week as an important opportunity for the company to evaluate its progress, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen teamwork among employees at all levels.
“This week has given us a precious chance to reflect on our successes, learn better ways to meet customer needs, and share experiences that will drive continuous improvement,” he said....
