DODOMA, Aug. 12 -- THE Fire and Rescue Department has provided specialized training to staff of the Ministry of Health on how to handle fire sources and effective methods of extinguishing fires to prevent deaths and injuries.
The training was organized by the Fire and Rescue Department to empower the Ministrys employees to respond effectively to fire emergencies and other related disasters.
The training took place at the Ministry of Health headquarters in Mtumba. Assistant Inspector of the Fire and Rescue Department, Stephen Katte, who also serves as the departments Public Relations, Communication, and Public Education Officer, led the training sessions.
