DAR ES SALAAM, March 26 -- COMMISSIONER General of the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) Yusuph Mwenda has said that the authority will continue to facilitate business for investors and collaborate with them on tax matters, while warning companies and traders involved in tax evasion.

Speaking in Dar es Salaam on March 23, 2026, during a tax meeting with Chinese businesspeople operating in the country, Commissioner General Mwenda stated that TRA recognises and values the contribution of these traders and Chinese companies in tax compliance, while cautioning a few who engage in fraudulent practices.
