DODOMA, Oct. 23 -- THE Tanzania Institute of Education (TIE) and the Universal Communications Service Access Fund (UCSAF) have signed a strategic partnership agreement aimed at strengthening the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and educational technologies in the country.

Speaking on October 23, 2026, during the signing ceremony, TIE Director General Dr Aneth Komba said the partnership would strengthen the use of technology in teaching and learning, with the anticipated outcome of improving access to and delivery of education.
