DAR ES SALAAM, Nov. 17 -- THE Tanzania Golf Union (TGU) Chairman, Gilman Kasiga, has extended heartfelt congratulations to General George Jafu on his appointment as Commander of the Malawi Defence Force (MDF) and to Lieutenant General Kondwani Kalino on his elevation to Deputy Chief of Defence of the MDF.

Kasiga said that the recent appointments reflect “well-deserved recognition of leadership and service,” noting that the values of commitment, discipline and excellence demonstrated by both officers “shine both on and off the golf course, inspiring the golfing community across our region.”
