DAR ES SALAAM, Oct. 16 -- THE Tanzanian government has stressed the importance of cooperation, accountability and transparency in the use of development resources, while ensuring that such resources align with national priorities and are properly incorporated into government plans and budgets to promote economic growth.

The emphasis was made by the Commissioner for External Finance in the Ministry of Finance, Rished Bade, in a speech read on his behalf by Amede Andrea, a Principal Finance Management Officer in the Ministrys Budget Department, during the opening of the 2026 orientation training on the Development Cooperation Framework (DCF).
