OTTAWA, April 24 -- TANZANIA has stepped up its education diplomacy, unlocking new opportunities for collaboration with Canada following a high-level working visit aimed at strengthening ties in the sector.

The visit, which began on April 20 and runs through April 25, 2026, brings together Zanzibars Minister for Education and Vocational Training, Lela Muhamed Musa, alongside the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Carolyne Nombo, and a delegation of education experts.
