DODOMA, April 10 -- THE Minister of Information, Communications and Information Technology, Angellah Kairuki, has stated that despite the completion of the construction of 758 communication towers and the upgrading of 304 existing towers, the government continues to implement additional projects to ensure reliable communication services across the country.

She said one of the ongoing initiatives is the construction of 201 new communication towers, which will be installed across approximately 263 villages and 201 wards, and is expected to be completed by March 2027.
