Tanzania's Finance Ministry launches its first Monitoring and Evaluation Forum for 2026/27
MOROGORO, Aug. 28 -- THE Deputy Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance responsible for Treasury Services, Nsubil Joshua, has called on institutions under the Ministry to strengthen their monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure that government plans, programmes and projects are implemented efficiently and deliver verifiable results.
Joshua made the call on behalf of the Permanent Secretary and Paymaster General, Dr Natu El-Maamry Mwamba, through a speech read by the Director of the Government Assets Management Department at the Ministry of Finance, Chotto Sendo, during the launch of the Ministrys first Monitoring and Evaluation Forum for 2026/2027.
The forum is being held at the Cate Hotel Conference Hall in Morogoro Region....
