NEW DELHI, Oct. 15 -- TANZANIA is seeking to position itself as a key supply chain hub for East and Central Africa, leveraging its strategic location and opportunities in trade, cargo transportation and industrial development.

Minister of State in the Presidents Office for Planning and Investment, Prof Kitila Mkumbo, made the statement while speaking at the Bloomberg New Economy Forum in New Delhi, India, where discussions focused on changing global supply chain systems.
