DODOMA, May 11 -- THE Tanzanian government has officially begun the implementation of the Universal Health Insurance Program for indigent households by providing 48.8bn/- to enable citizens of special groups to access health services reliably.
Through the implementation, a total of 172,297 households have already been reached and included in the program, while 463,228 beneficiaries have begun receiving various medical services at registered facilities in the country
