JAKARTA, Nov. 21 -- THE head of Tanzanias womens futsal national team delegation, Zena Chande, said the squad is in good shape and ready for tomorrows opening fixture with Portugal at the 2025 FIFA Futsal Womens World Cup.

She made the comments after the team arrived in Manila on Wednesday, following a week-long training camp in Jakarta.

Chande said the players were focused and determined to represent the country.

“We have travelled with 25 players. We arrived in Manila safe and all our players are in a good shape. We believe we will do well because we are well prepared. In Jakarta, we had a one-week camp and the players are fit to complete the mission.”

The edition is to commence today and climax on December 7th.
