DAR ES SALAAM, Aug. 4 -- TANZANIA has finalized preparations to host the Africa50 Annual General Shareholders Meeting and the Africa Infrastructure Forum, scheduled to take place on August 6, 2026, at the Julius Nyerere International Convention Centre (JNICC) in Dar es Salaam.

The high-level meeting will bring together more than 1,200 delegates from across Africa and beyond to discuss strategies for accelerating infrastructure development through strengthened Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs).

Dar es Salaam Regional Commissioner Albert Chalamila announced the preparations during a press briefing in the city, saying the event will be hosted by President Samia Suluhu Hassan.
