DAR ES SALAAM, Oct. 17 -- The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Professor Carolyne Nombo, has pledged to continue strengthening the collaboration between the Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA) and the industrial sector.
