DAR ES SALAAM, Sept. 2 -- Tanzanias agriculture, livestock and fisheries sectors have been urged to increase production and adopt modern technologies in order to contribute 100bn US dollars to the countrys economy under the implementation of the National Development Vision 2050.

The target is part of Tanzanias broader ambition to build a US$1 trillion economy, with productive sectors expected to play a critical role in driving economic growth, creating jobs and increasing national revenues.
