DODOMA, March 16 -- THE Tanzanian government has embarked on evidence-based decision-making by equipping monitoring and evaluation specialists with skills to assess the impact of agricultural programmes under the Agricultural Sector Development Programme Phase Two (ASDP II).

This is being implemented by the Prime Ministers Office (Policy, Parliament, Coordination and Persons with Disabilities), which has continued with the third phase of capacity building on how to conduct programme and project evaluations through the ASDP II.
