NEW YORK, Sept. 28 -- TANZANIA and Kyrgyzstan have signed a joint declaration to establish diplomatic relations between the two countries for mutual benefits.
The declaration was signed between Tanzanias Minister for Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, Mahmoud Thabit Kombo, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan on Friday in New York, USA.

Moreover, the diplomatic relations between the two countries will be guided by the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961) and other international laws.
